Spread a generous amount of glue onto the back of the fur beard. Wrap the fur around the knit head, covering at least three-quarters of the head. Let the glue dry before proceeding. Place the hat on your gnome, gluing it in place. Then, find the beard's center and follow the center line up to the hat.
